Does phenotype (coloring/features) or facial bone structure (jaw, cheekbones, maxilla, etc) have the greater effect on SMV?

For example: consider a North Atlantid man with a below average underlying bone structure vs a dravidian with good underlying bone structure.

You prob never would have guessed that this guy was dravidian based off of his bone structure, but his coloring and external features make him vastly different.

In short: Optimal bone structure and/or mass has massive "PSL" benefits, whereas good "phenotypes" are great for "SMV" (you need a healthy balance of both, which is unlikely, to be seen as generally good-looking - but then again, there are few exceptions to this 'rule').
