Philtrum Ascension + what i did

Hey bros , this was my mouth area like a year ago for anybody that didn’t know , i had a long philtrum and a thin upper lip . So what did i do ? Well i got a lip flip with botox 4 units total and 0.5 ml filler for the philtrum columns ( saw a post from @Orc about this so i had to try )






annnd the results after about a week was like this


insane , the price total was $250 i get it redone every 3 months , why because i dont care and only have enough for this for now , until i decide if i want to get a actual lip lift but for now who the fuck cares , this is cheap and it ascends so much . Hope some of you reading this decide or not if its worth it for you .

I assumed that a lip flip wouldnt shorten the philtrum to any noticable extent but I guess I was mistaken

I assumed that a lip flip wouldnt shorten the philtrum to any noticable extent but I guess I was mistaken

No problemo , a lip flip can shorten it a bit but thats when philtrum column fillers come in to play , there are no long term risks from botox , and filler in this area has a low chance of migrating according to my injector , considering not alot of filler is needed to shorten the philtrum anyways

Botox doesn’t bruise and can recover within a few hours , filler has downtime recovery , more expensive but lasts longer . Its all up to you if you dont mind getting it re done every 2 months

Yes my aunt had a naturally thin upper lip in old pics but she gets filler now

Yeah it shouldn't be to hard, i've already thought about doing diy lip fillers, I found a source where I can get a "vial" of filler for around $95 excluding shipping.

Probably one of my biggest flaws at the moment, so the quicker I can get it taken care of the better

Ngl yeah it may be an obsession at this point in which im worried that as i age ill start over obsessing over falios and the age process so yeah ill definitely achieve a perfect face at some point but now in my early 20s im chasing and grinding for everything to be perfect, perfect looks , pefect life , etc . Will i get there , who knows , ill have to start taking some risks if i actually want to become something

i can't really relate, but i respect the grind. my obsession is musical production and art crafting in general. yours is more rewarded than mine, usually. just don't forget that life is always about having fun, no matter your age.

I go to a Injector , but those two videos i linked should give u an idea if u want diy ( dont recommend) unless u have knowledge like orc or something, i wouldnt risk it . Too many nerves around the mouth and nose especially
