by the way I just did my final injections for the outside of the piriform fossa (the area in the middle of the nasolabial), should have a good thread in like 2-3 weeks.

this is the third or fourth and final treatment I'm doing with fat dissolvers in this area, considering the progress of the last few after this it should be completely invisible and I'll probably be the first to ever do this without just filling up the area, which tends to make the mid-face look puffy, hence why I didn't want to do it.

once you've got better support your lips naturally push forward more, there's no threads in my lower lip either, it just unfolded together with the upper lip.

i see in that case i probably won’t have that till after bimax since lower lip still lacks support. Might try aqualyx on nose tip,cheeks, and submental in the meantime tho

be careful, you can take away too much fat, I only do half of 0.1 each injection in the face area at a time.

Would you say your nose is too upturned/philtrum too long? I have the same problem as does clavicular, I notice though in my case that it's due to my lower third being rotated downward and I simply alter my head position to account for that. Giving my nose a piggy upturned look.

I don't have this issue, my nostrils don't really show from the front.

philtrum is on the longer side but my chin is quite tall so the ratio is fine.

you can solve downturned noses like that but not the opposite.

they can do it with botox though.

you can't, all methods for improving the columns are invasive.

they're also quite painful.

yeah once it's finished, the process is slow since you can't use much at a time, have to be careful not to remove too much fat.
