I don't think so. At least can't recall such a thing. It was a great (and the only one ) decision tho.

Don't get me wrong, I don't fear circumcision I would love to have it as soon as possible, but it's 1600+€ out of my parents pocket's if there is a slight chance I can avoid it would be for the better.
Btw the doctor advised to try stretching the skin
