I am starting to think the best and simplest way to confirm if you have a recessed maxilla is if you have thick nasolabial folds or not.

Everyone with a good maxilla nearly always does not have them.

I have them, and the one on the right side of my face is pretty noticeable.
@facemaxxing Did your premaxillary implant do anything for your nasolabial folds? (assuming you had them pre-surgery)

if you wanna know if you have a good maxilla just put glasses on and your jawline should be almost parallel to your glasses (or the top of your head)
basically straight jaw line = developed skull and recessed maxilla makes ur jawline look into the ground

you can also look if theres a big distance between the persons chin and neck, the more trash maxilla u have the smaller this distance will be and the more your chin will be fused with your neck giving it a double chin look
i know that cuz i went from trash to good maxila
