Don't use "Wrap" nor "Liquify..." on places with sharp pixels stubble or hair, it blurs the area and it looks odd.

It'll look better if you select the area, duplicate into a new layer and then you rotated to the position that you want, after that you use the Erase tool with 0% on hardness to erase the borders so the top layer blends into the original one. Only use Wrap and Liquify to make minimal corrections, or on smooth areas like forehead, nose, and cheeks

no idea what wrap does but manual liquify (the brush thing) can be a pain in the ass to use, thanks

liquify to smooth out areas...?

"On" not "to", when you use Liquify to make some area bigger or smaller it blurs the area, so if you used on an area with stubble it gets really noticeable and even painful to look at
