Black Pill quote from Reddit:
I've learned in behavioral economics. What stands out to me is that job performance in particular is much more crucial if you're unattractive than if you're average/attractive. I think there's truth in higher expectations for attractive people as well, because people know that generally they have more potential due to facing less difficulty. It's like expecting someone born rich to have more of an impact on society than someone that's poor, because the rich person receives more opportunity to make a difference.

I think there's a lot of truth that when it comes to friends, men looks-discriminate much more than women do. There's a reason the hot woman hanging around ugly girlfriends trope is a thing for example. Meanwhile chads usually hang with chads, normies hang with normies, incels hang with incels.

Extroversion definitely plays a role in status, but extroversion can only do so much with how good looking you are. The hotter dudes would rather just hang out with hotter guys themselves (this is coming from me whose average-looking & extroverted, and tried befriending high-status individuals to gain more social-capital in college).

Basically with regard to status as a guy - personality is your software while looks is your hardware. Your personality can only boost your status potential as far as your looks go. While being good-looking and socially stupid is not an appealing outcome, hypothetically the person has much more potential with their looks even if they may be on the spectrum or socially inexperienced in a way that hurts their personality.
