Physique update on cut (it’s been a few days of eating 100-300 calories a day+cardio every 2nd day.) I’ve lost about 7 LBS (starting at 174 LBS, now at 167.5 LBS) my waist narrowed down, but my stomachs still like sticking out (comes out forward) but it’s assuming that’s also going to go away once leaner.

I got scared to click this tbh.

At least eat 800-1000 calories worth of chicken breast (pure protein), otherwise you are going to lose the miniscule amount of muscle on your body.

What kind of flawed retarded logic is this? Fat can be lost at any time also. You can also lose fat while also not raping all your muscle mass.

Muscle doesn’t really matter for me at this age especially if I’ll be on test. Ex: if I focus on it at end of grade 10, I’ll still be bigger then all the natties at my school. +I have pretty good strength genetics. (Hit 225 3 months into lifting at 182 LBS bw) but I’ve stopped lifting heavy because I’m only prioritizing muscle

As in I DONT NEED TO STRESS OUT ON JT RN.

Ofc I want to get physiques like these. But I still have time tbh. +I just started lifting and my measurements are good.
