need genuine help with physique idk what the fuck i should do

Got a similar build, can’t gym currently, can I just starve max or any type of Caloric deficits, still 17
i woudl suggest isometrics to maintain muscle mass and then starvemaxx but not too aggressively make sure ur getting .7g protein/lb bw Over a 500-600 calorie deficit is probably too aggressive.

I’m tall so my weight is already kind of challenging, should I do push ups and pull ups?
And do I do them the way I should gym? Like 3 sets till failure every other day with 3 mins rest

Yeah if you have no other option push ups and pull ups are good.

3x to failure sounds good to me.

Doesn’t have to be 3 min rest you’re gonna have to do a lot of push ups/ pull ups for failure sounds rest till ur recovered
