There is only one solution, drag them from their hair into an alley and beat them, break their legs. Keep doing this and I guarantee in 2 months no more pickpockets. Not one, they will know it's not worth their leg being broken. Also get some nigga with aids to rap3 them.
These lowlives only understand violence.
