Nowadays, I barely make any serious posts because I thought that I was done pretty much done with surgeries, so I only helped people who knew me already

This is my actual result though. One of the biggest changes together with forward growth (obviously), and nose

Hope this gives some lifefuel to some of y'all

You suffered from bimaxillary protrusion. What were your movements?

I didn't. I was class 2 and got CCW

16mm pogonion, 4mm ANS, 9mm upper incisor

No genio
Do you have any side profile before and afters?

Good for you my guy.

Bro make a comprehensive thread about your experience. This forum needs actual hardmaxxers instead of analyzing countless threads about Barrett's gonial angle and BBC racebaits.

I was actually considering making an in-depth guide but idk if it's worth the effort considering most info is already out there and highly interested people usually PM you for this sort of stuff. I lean more towards writing personal reflections about surgery, dating/social life changes, how people perceive you, and just the overall philosophy behind changing ur face. Things like recovery, preparation, what surgeries to get, how to save up, etc are rather common sense and I'm not the best so I could write guides on it - my knowledge is just practical stuff I've gathered for my specific case

I gotta agree with you though, it's unbearable to open the forum and see the same shit you've been seeing for the past 3 years but recycled over and over lol. I cage the most at the "softmax" methods that include whatever -pulling/bonesmashing or any one of the copes you see these guys spreading out there, the rest I just don't even register at my brain anymore.

Thanks, and yes, you can.

Recovery was much easier than I expected, to say the least - considering the size of my movement and the size of the surgery in itself, the fact that I only actually experienced some legitimate discomfort/pain after 2-4 weeks post-OP (TMJ issues due to the CCW) says all you need to know tbh.

Most bothersome part is just the swelling and that you have to take time off. Besides that, at least for me, it was very easy.

Any nerve damage?
Literally zero

How much recovery time?
I was in sort of a gap year when I got it, so I could afford as much time as I wanted to pretty much, but it ended being around a 1-1.5 month - as in started going to class again. but looking back, I was still quite more swollen than I thought I was and I had to walk around with my mouth filled with elastics which wasn't a nice experience either, besides speaking was pretty annoying too. still, it was doable.

I would recommend, if possible, taking 2 months off, as you are probably gonna look good already by then, and if something goes wrong in the surgery it should be fixed. Now, such timeframe is utterly retarded for most people, so at the very least, aim for 2 weeks, as for most people this is where you start to look rather normal and you won't get weird looks + you should be eating decently soft foods already
