I am now on my accutane dose.

Does it also erase the pigments and inflammations in my face or do I need something other for them?

And what could I seriously do?

Gonna need some more specifics. 15% azelaic acid for hyperpigmentation. Also what race and skin tone are you.

My parents are turkish and I am a brownblond haired boy with white to slightly yellow skintone.
Born and raised in switzerland -maybe that makes a impact.

Honestly I’m gonna need to see a picture of your skin to give actual advice. I get you probably don’t want to post yourself so find a pic online of a similar skin problem you are dealing with.
