TLDR: Thoughts on detergents or friction with pillow causing acne?

I feel like alot of cases with acne on these areas on the face can be worsened by either constant friction when sleeping on that side or from unironically changing to fresh new pillowcases. Im even more specifically talking about cases where this is where you get your acne only (example: lack of acne on forehead, upper lip, or chin)

The first one with friction is more straightforward and the worst one if true because i can't see a easy way to avoid it other then somehow torturing yourself to sleep on back only and not move while sleeping at all. I guess the second best thing is to use very low friction material cases like silk.

When it comes to changing to a fresh pillowcase, this is honestly my personal experience, my acne always gets noticeably more aggressive if i change my pillow cases versus when i sleep on the same one for 2 weeks. My two theories are that the sanitized pillowcase with a great lack of bacteria on it cause the already present bacteria on your skin to signal a big proliferation and start growing and populating the pillow, this growth causing a side effect of new acne. The second theory is that thr fragrance or some other chemicals in detergents are the real cause, i do know that parfuming my neck gives me bad breakouts there and even being in a closed place with lots of people who have fragrances does as well. So the solution is the most simple fragrance free detergent or just not even washing cases instead just boiling them in large pots so to kill germs.

I’ve heard that silk pillow cases are good for acne since they’re apparently anti-microbial

I believe detergent is the biggest issue, everytime i smell a new case it has a fragrance smell and the texture of the cotton pillowcase is also more rough, unironically sleeping on the same case for 10 days now, it has become much softer and has no smell except my hair.

Do you think implementing a cleansing routine would just avoid this issue all together?
Washing your face before bed and right after waking up, or would this make you more susceptible to bad bacteria?

i hate acne

Thats what i do already, i sleep on 10 days old pillowcase but i wash my face the night and morning with benzoyl peroxide anyways, so the bacteria won't have any time to do stuff. Still im considering if the friction from my jawline is an issue

Why do normies have clear skin

Why do normies have clear skin
Naturally very small pores and dry skin. My gf skin looks alien to mine, even comparing two normal segments i can't see her pores well while mine are visible

I bought yesterday a cotton pillowcase. it's much better than polystyrene.
Also im using a detergent that has only healthy ingredients in it like Sodium bicarbonate.

I slept like a baby yesterday.
