pimple at nose after rhinoplasty

Genetically subhuman how I am, from time to time I tend to have pimples here and there. not a lot but they occur. Yeah, Im a coomer after all.
I dont know for sure but I suspect that I have pimples on my nose. I cant tell for sure, maybe its my autism.
But what if there would be pimples on my nose? would it damage my nose (keep in mind I had rhino just 1 month and 2 weeks ago?

I've had a rhinoplasty as well and I'm fairly certain your nose should be pretty solid at this point, I was exercising as soon as the splint came off a week later. (Surgeon said around 3 months for bridge swelling to subside and then 6 months to a year for the tip to feel normal again)

I have a thicker skin, it would take longer for both I guess
