Pimples on and directly next to lips

Does anyone know why i only get pimples on my lips or right next to them? I get no acne anywhere else EXCEPT there, I don’t know if it’s the aquaphor i use or maybe i don’t clean my mouth enough idk

its caused by either a high sebaceous gland concentration in that area, or irritation from products you use(if u use any).

YOu using tape or anything on your mouth at night, I used to always get em after taping my mouth
