no bruh just pin ur lower stomach atleast 2 inches from ur belly button , thats the only thing I can think might've caused u bollock pain cus u didnt seem to do anything else wrong unless you've got more sides?

naw, i feel perfectly fine right now, i got a small wave of nausea like 10 mins after pinning, but i think that could have been placebo or something cause im straight right now. its only been like 30-40 mins
