Pinning 10 iu hgh 8 mg reta

I'll be using Reta for a total of 7 weeks. I want to minimize muscle loss during this period. How many calories should I consume? I'm currently consuming around 2000 calories. I'll list my macros below.
Currenty 21% bf

51 grams fat 225 grams of carbs 160-170 protein

- height? Bw? Bf%?

- have you been using reta previously? Nobody hops on 8mg instantly, you will shit your intestines out.

-training split?

-how many calories are you eating exactly? Is that an approximation, or have you measured over time? It matters when your on a strict deficit for only 7 weeks. (Im guessing)

-cardio?

Upping the dose by 2 mg weekly and maintain 8 mg for 5-6 weeks

Ive been eating this amount of calories for 2 and a half months

Do not start reta at 2mg. Please. Do not up it by 2mg. Start at .5 for 4 weeks, up it by .5 every 4 weeks, until you reach 2mg, then you can decide if thats enough for you to maintain on, or if the effects arent strong enough, you can up the dose VERY gradually until your happy. Half life of reta is 6 days, it builds up in your system. On average by week 6, is when the effects are the strongest.

There is no point taking that much to begin with. If your desperate, try 1mg for 4 weeks instead, but prepare for light nausea. This might speed things up, but in the long run, its unoptimal.

What age are you? Because when taking reta, your metabolic rate goes up. You NEED protein. Or muscle loss will be very high. Carbs need to be moderate as well. Do not skip on these.

1900-2000kcals. Is not enough to no lose considerable muscle mass. If your being true to yourself, and you do 25min cardio daily, then you need to up your calorie intake, (regardless of reta, and hgh).

Depending on how often you pin your hgh. expect the hunger supression of reta to be less effective, hgh increases apetite in people, one guy I know blasted both hgh and reta, and saw the effects of reta being completely dulled by the hgh. Keep that in mind. => aim for 200-300 cal surplus ON YOUR MAINTENANCE. Your maintenance is not 2000cal. Figure it out, should be some calculators online.

Pin reta once a week. Do not pin multiple times a week (spreading your dose). Stay at one pin.

I wouldnt recommend pinning 10ius of hgh a day for 7 weeks. Unless your gonna constantly measure your blood. Thats bodybuilder level blasting.

Id recommend 2ius a day.
1iu when you wake up, 1iu post workout. (3-4pm on rest days)

At 2iu its possible you might get a little bloated (unlikely) , increase potassium intake.
 
you can pin 0.5mg first and 0.5 the day after for your first dose if you really need it?

but also long term you probably won't need 8mg reta, at 4mg i can't even look at food

lower carbs to 170g and add 40g protein 15g fat
