hop on 50 mg of urinabol a day, spam caffeine and alcohol and get a little bricked and you should see massive improvements. Also i try to get myself pissed off before, I find that i piss harder when Im just fucking angry and not thinking about it.

So u wake up right, drink 1,5 liters of water before drinking some caffeine (redbull, monster etc). Enjoy pissing the whole day. Dont forget to drink even after consuming caffeine either way it will dehydrate you
