People can say all of these insults towards you but there is a high likely hood that they are insecure themselves or want to bring your down for some reason. If someone pities you it’s fucking over. Pity is the highest form of disrespect because if someone pities you it means that they 100% believe they are above you as a human in some way or another that they feel “bad” for you. Being insulted is better than being pitied.

Human nature is evil, people only care about how virtuous they come across as, it’s always pity or envy.
