Mandibular-angle implants for better Gonial flare
Soft Tissue
rhinoplasty de proj or proj trims set backs or forward or whatever, radix graft only if needed after 3d simulations show
If Philtrum still > 15 mm post-impaction ill get a sub-nasal lip-lift
Limb lengthening
My clavicles are average in width not narrow but not mogger tier so im thinking of getting 20mm lengthening each side
