Planning My Rhinoplasty, Would Appreciate Input (W/ Pic)

I’ve made the decision to move forward with getting a rhinoplasty, and my mother agreed. I’m currently in the research and planning phase, and I want to make sure I’m as informed and prepared as possible before committing to anything.

My nose is wide, slightly asymmetric, and the tip is downright hideous. My nose obliterates my harmony, and I think that if it goes well, I could potentially even reach mid HTN by the end of this summer. The shape overall is bad and I think the bridge will need some modifications as well.

If you’re experienced with facial aesthetics, or have had a rhinoplasty, I’d really appreciate your input, morphs would be appreciated as well. I honest advice on what to improve or discuss with the surgeon.
If there’s already a thread with member results or similar cases, please link it I'd love to check it out.

You're better off researching on your own, on reddit etc or search up results here, or just discuss what exactly you want with the surgeon (Just dont get that barbie nose shit, get a straight nose).

I was 6 kilos lighter and debloated and it still was a problem, I might give hydrocortisone a try but I'm more fixated at getting a rhino rn.
