Bought 4 kinds of resistance bands and gonna buy its achor handles and gloves.


Hopefully I will get jacked from training it to failure everyday

It will improve your mobility, aka strength at greater ranges, but the overall tension won't be high enough to induce good amounts of hypertrophy, load weights lad
