Planting new trees if you cut down old trees is not going to make up for it

As you can see on the left there is a forest which naturally grew over hundreds of years, large trees, lots of foliage on the grounds and many organism living for the ecosystem

But on the right is trees that have been planted, since they were planted and not from nature itself they all grow the same height, which blocks the sunlight and there is no foliage on the ground and very few life probably compared to old growth.

Everything that exist naturally in nature is very important to the ecosystem, planting new trees, putting more “green” in city’s, or planting native plants in your garden:lul:
