Plasma pen for nose reduction + improve monolid

So, I bought this pen for 16eur

I used it to test and see how painful it is and how it works, I went up to 3 and that shit stung and burned and made my nose(and scar) scratchy as hell, so, I'm going to buy lidocane from a pharmacy and also use and ice cube hoping it will make a diff lol

This is what I'm after (since the pen arrived 1 day before college open I can't do it right now so I'll wait till easter comes)
