I wanted to get fillers for my nasolabial folds, then he said he see‘s nothing and that I have BDD.

But I already had some fillers 2 years ago. (Not from a real surgeon, a women who just injects this shit)
And I just got a hard lamp from it.

The surgeon said the hard lump could be go away with a hylase injection. But I‘m afraid of that cause it has side effects

he should have injected fillers deep into the folds at the ”deep pyriform space”. I had fillers there but it made my midface look more ”bulky” because of a more forward maxilla. Removed the folds tho.

Every human skull has a fold seperating the upper and lowering maxilla, it's normal to see folds in certain lightings. Nasolabial folds
are mainly a bodyfat/skin + bone structure issue, and they are visible in every lighting, check out Adam sandler

Tbh, im pretty sure you can only solve surgically. You can lessen the effect of eyebags, under eye circles etc via optimal sleep, foundation, thick long eyelashes esp on lower eyelid
