Every single consultation I've had with a plastic surgeon has always told me I'm "Such a good candidate", which is kind of a compliment for having an accurate aesthetic eye, as well as being medical jargon for telling me that I'm ugly....

Pretty sure a Hungarian surgeon also advised me against chin augmentation (even though my chin is also crap)

You need to find one who is specialized in facial aesthetics instead of doing primarily liposuction and breast augmentation (most “5 stars surgeons” in my area are like that).
