how do i hardmax?
be brutally honest idgaf if u roast me tbh

what im already doing/already have-

height is good
started gym
growing hair out
starting jaw surgery(sarpe+lefort1+braces) for open bite (plus some underbite and cross bite).
train jaw muscles

dam im chopped and i look horrible from all angles and with all lightings on back camera, i can somehow play with angles and look good on selfie but yeah

im ready to hardmax no matter what it takes ill do whatever,including medical procedures.
my goal is to fix and upgrade as much as possible

now the surgeon i consulted with who works in a pretty famous hospital offered sarpe+lefort1 to fix the bite
already had braces so teeth are aligned pretty much.
how likely is it that a different surgeon or hospital will end up giving me a completely different treatment- genio+reverse advancement of the mandible etc.

Bro LF1 will make ur upper jaw look so far forward in comparision to ur maxilla it will look worse. Choose a surgeon that is aesthetics oriented, from what I know there arent many in USA, so maybe Italian surgeons may be ur best bet u can consult with them online
