I will 100% get genio and i was also wondering if it has any impact on how your cheekbones look. Ive seen some examples and the skin streches a bit and the cheekbones look more prominent, could that be true?

no effect if not very minimal due to slight stretching of the skin, but mostly effects the below neck area
