So I have a lot of stress , I mean a lot actually bc of some things I can't share and it gets to the point where I can't even sleep normally and feel depressed all the time. Is there anything that can reduce cortisol, like some supplement or any kind of drug

It also gets to the point when I'm pissed off bc someone is coughing or talking and looking at me

Idk whenever I feel stressed/depressed I just hit the gym or smoke I used to have anger issues as well and the gym helped me with that

Whatever you do dont try alcohol or nicotene please, they wont really help you. Increase your metals by one, so supplement magnesium zinc etc. and it will affect your hormones better. I wouldnt recommend ssris tbh but it could help you for sure. Check yourself for any parasites which are likely contributing to you actually being stressed instead of just under the stress if you understand, they cause a few different hormones that you might see in a blood test. 50% of people have ass worms, take a little pill once now and in 2 weeks for them and you will feel better already, and check your hair for headlice as they are common and cause even greater levels of cortisol. Go through the list of parasites and clear yourself, and get a blood test done if possible. It sounds like you might have anxiety, increase your physical activity and try some breathing techniques to make sure you dont spiral out and have a panic attack. Try natural stuff like theanine from green tea and gingerole from ginger. Also try mixing in ceylone cinnamon and some honey and you can have all of these together in one drink.
