Yo wsg, I need some advice in order to grow in height. Rn I'm 17y and about 174cm with ca 59kg. My Parents are 180cm and 160cm in height. My dad had a growth spurt at late 17y and I hope to get that too, I haven't grown in few weeks or months. I currently take Vit D3K2. My diet consists of about 2-3.5 L Water daily. I don't eat pretty much (maybe 1000-2300kcal a day). Can someone tell me if I'm still able to grow or not and what should I do in order grow.
