What should I get done to ascend Faceiq said I was a 3/10 I want a conservative approach to avoid complications. Money isn’t an issue. Appreciate insights from experienced people. Thanks!

your second molars haven't erupted yet, likely due to small mandible and not enough space in your mouth. Trimax is invasive but is very safe, that's what I would do if I were you but you will have to remove them. If you are under 18 wait tho and see how your face develops. also consult with a orthodontist or a orthognathic surgeon to see what is best for you as they will actually give proper advice, you shouldn't listen to me necessarily Im only giving vague advice
