really similar situation here

I wouldn't even do much to the temples but rather to the hairline area leading up to the temples because that's the area that looks weird when looking from a 45 degree angle especially

would probably even be pretty cheap with how little grafts are needed, but the main problem is when you recede behind the transplanted hairs, it's over (at least until you get the next transplant but lol @ trying to hide in the meantime)...

nah its fine, also you have a good browridge. you could do a transplant, but I dont think it would make a huge difference tbh

with softmaxing you can achieve far bigger improvements, like thickening your eyebrows for example

Tbh temples aren't messed up, minoxidil might help lowering the hairline (low chance and idts)

I think your temples and not your whole hairline is unnaturally high.

Examples of a naturally high hairline

You should probably get a hair transplant especially if you have no history of balding in your family. Dermarolling and minox is also worth a try.

It looks alot like mpb imo so monitor it closely.

that's one of the worst possible hairstyles to have if you have a high hairline. I would say make your sides thicker, something like this:

which could help cover it.

I wouldn't go for fringe because you have a good forehead shape / browridge so i dont think you should hide it.
