I went to my ortho today to talk about camoflauge orthodontics and how it doesn’t fix the root cause(the sketal issue) my maxilla being reccsed. He said that elastics don’t work and I need molar extractions and surgery. How do y’all feel about this? Will it make me look worse.

what will make you look worse? if you mean the tooth extractions than no most surgeons would extract your 3rd molars anyways before a surgery
