I start the morning off my consuming 1,800 iu of d3 plus k2. I am wanting to up the iu, but im not too sure how much i should. I was thinking upping it to 4000. After that I drink 20 Oz of water and then shower. I then drink 2 cups of milk before leaving for the bus. I walk an extra 10 minutes further to the bus stop to get a bit more movement in the morning, a total of of 20 minutes of walking.
Through out school I drink 24 oz of water and I usually eat a sandwich and some fruits and vegetables for lunch.
After school, depending on the day ill either coach the youth and adult boxers in the gym and train from 4 to 8:30, but thats only Monday. Thursday is training. But on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday I have no plans. I do nothing but sit on my ass and play video games. I hate it and I get so bored of it. I was thinking of lifting weights again, I have equipment in my basement I walk pass every time to turn on the Playstation.
Any suggestions for my morning consumption and what to do to fill my free time?
