I eat good & healthy 95% of the time, do strength training and cardio. I have to fix my sleep though. I'll put some pictures where I'm bloated and sleep deprived as well so that the rating is realistic. And btw some of the pics are from a few days, some from a few months. This is for the same reason: It's a bit more realistic than cherry-picking the best pictures/angles/lighting. Currently sitting at 189cm (~6'2) and 72kg (~158lbs) and in a slight calorie surplus.
As for my questions:
What do you think is my current rating vs potential?
What are my main flaws and strengths and what/how can I fix them? (except more sleep lo, currently working on it
