Upper eyelid exposure. Cheekbones appear to be lowset. Recessed maxilla. Unideal noseshape. Bloated.

u can see his he has the most lateral protrusion closer to the top of his ear, he's more like midset. Anyway he has shit skin, he's extremely puffy, asymmetrical eyes, bad ramus. His features are actually not that bad when picked individually, his nose isnt as bad as you say, just the nose tip. OP needs lower & regular blepharoplasty, supra tip break surgery, PDO threads (if his wrinkles are genetic), a really expensive haircut, and upper maxilla advancements.

He has a low, flat nasal bridge, a broad nasal base, and a bulbous tip which is unideal.

He doesn't need any surgery. Stop with the bullshit.

short rammus
uee
recessed maxilla
no undereye support => eye bags
narrow chin
eyebrows to close to eachother => almost unibrow
hair too long

idk how to fix these, since your still in puberty, optimize nutrition for development and homones (not exogenous would be preferrable)
