Mouth to nose looks horrible but chin isn’t that bad and maxilla is slightly recessed(not flat tier but Yh)

Yeah I have narrow lips Im stretching them the whole time and they are getting dry but getting wider also

Nothing natural will help, it’s either pharma drugs(not guaranteed ascension but still) which can cause multiple organ failures or surgeries(100% ascension if done by a good surgeon)
