I have a BIG problem.. My sleep schedule is so fucked I can';t do anything about it! My cortisol always spikes super high at night around like 12:00PM if I'm already asleep I wake up and if I'm awake I can feel the cortisol not stress but it's a feeling in my bawls I wank to try and calm down but the stress remains the only way I sleep now is if I get high off edibles but that gives me another problem, when I'm high I just want to watch youtube cave diving vids and eat turkish delight

I mean't 12am and right now it's 1:03am I got school tomorrow and I'm gonna have giga bloat on 5 hours of sleep FUCK

take really little sleep, stay busy the whole day to stay up, let yourself go at a normal hour and its fixed

you have something wrong with you, I take 5 mg of melatonin with turmeric and it knocks me out cold, and I have ADHD bruh, the doctor literally prescribed me medicine for sleep resistance or wtv the disorder was called like it was something about going against sleeping

do it in secret, joo doctors meet up with children in secret to give them HRT, what will some little check up be compared to that, just say you are meeting the doctor for HRT and switch the convo to your sleep lmao

mf I spent the last 2 weeks sleeping less than 5 hours and waking up on the middle of the night every fucking time, I deadass would lay on bed from 9pm then fall asleep at 12am then wake up at 4am and struggle to fall asleep back lmao
 
take magnesium at 7pm and go to bed at 10pm. Listen to some scifi audiobook at night. should help you sleep. All these stupid boys will not give you retardproof advice. The key is always good magnesium and vit b a few hours before bed
