My bad for categorising, mt2 causes flushing and lightheadedness cause of the drop in blood pressure or vasodilation (not always) therefore causing fainting. Also OP couldve had bad anxiety which in theory made him faint, or used too much which made the nausea worse and made him dizzy. Thanks for correction bhai
