train your orbicularis oculi. basically blink/squint and pull the outer corners of the eyes upwards and out and repeat. Jordan Wood on tiktok explains in more detail

i dont think there is one.. but i'm pretty sure it will spread the bone
btw i would not recommend it cause you have high chance of ruining your face
 
so thumbpulling sideways instead of forward to expand the jaw?
yeah basically what i mean.. but don't do it... i would not want someone to ruin his face by something i said

thumbpulling simulates the natural forces humans where exposed to when eating before forks knife etc. go back to eating with your hands or thumbpull lol. you can get a unripe kiwi and bite it like an apple and pull awy from your mouth forwards and not bite strongly or and eat steak chicken etc and actively pull backwards with your head and use your neck, primarly the reasons faces started to flattern is the change of food density. meat to bread - very simplified.
