my diet is good i guess. I only eat beef eggs rice water raw milk and potatoes here and there. I wanna go on reta because i have a problem with my appetite and weight loss and i want to fix that. I hate waiting for progress and im down like 15 kgs

Yea i get u i never ever starved in my life nor did a extreme cut. I eat 180g of protein a day try to limit my carbs as much as i can. 2.6k calories a day is not that light right? i train box everyday
