Your lower third hurting you pretty bad, the beard has a funny look far from being majestical.

The jaw lacks width, forward growth and it become more obvious from the side, and you maxilla is also almost close to being flat as well,
another thing I notice is the chin is a tad bit recessed. Double jaw surgery is the only way out of this ngl, maybe paired with geniplasty but its not over for you since you do have a pretty decent eye area so not much need in terms of touching which is maybe your only good feature

if you where to get double jaw and genioplasty. n lost weight there is some chad potential here for sure

Lose weight, shave that ugly beard, grow out you eyebrows and eyelashes with latisse or minoxidil and grow out your hair
