For context (even though some of this doesn't count towards facial attractiveness) I am 6 foot 4, 163lbs, approximately 14% bodyfat, in the process of cutting. I am thinking of cutting to 155-158lbs (as I would like to achieve 10-12% bodyfat) but will decide as I get closer. I provide this information as it may help to give me further advice, thanks.

I've been following k for a long time, really like his stuff. He offers great advice but also things which may prove to be redundant to myself or others, nevertheless a great creator.
