Shave that mustache bro, also get thicker eyebrows with minoxidil and dye them
Honestly, minoxidil is a bad choice, it has a withdrawal syndrome, but if you stop using it, all your hair extensions will disappear. I would use castor oil

That's true if you stop using it after a few months. Im pretty sure it has a bigger effect than castor oil though. Also, once you use minoxidil for at least a year and your temporary vellus hairs from the minox turn into permanent terminal hairs, the results stay even after stopping minox. That's what I read for beard gains so I'm assuming it's the same for eyebrow gains.

My hair on my head is pretty bad too. How long would you need to use minoxidil for? And how does castor oil work? If taking minoxidil would you recommend local topical or oral? Shouldn't really use oral cuz of potential health risks and i would prefer not to take synthetic drugs. What abt microneedling?

The hair on your head is bad? Do you mean receding? If your hairline is receding then minoxidil is not enough. Minoxidil just makes your existing hair more dense. To stop your hairline from receding, you need a DHT blocker like finasteride or dutasteride. Start this as SOON as possible.

Idk how castor oil works.

For minoxidil, oral is more effective BUT some people have side effects like palpitations. If you experience this then switch to topical. Also, oral makes hair grow everywhere, such as eyebrows, eyelashes, beard, head, but also places like arms and legs.

Microneedling is also useful but better when paired with these "synthetic drugs".

I have Von Willebrand Type 1 which impacts blood clotting and so on so i don't wanna risk oral. Ill attach some pics of my scalp so you know what i mean. Hair is a bit sweaty because its hot, but this just shows the low density a bit better. When i get out of the shower for example i can see alot of headskin.

Yeah your hair is pretty thin, minox would help thicken it up. You might wanna talk to your doctor first though, idk anything about that disease. Topical works, it just takes longer to administer compared to oral. You can also use dermastamping/rolling on your scalp.

Also, your hairline looks receded. You need to take finasteride or dutasteride to stop yourself from going bald. Again, consult your doctor or do research on how these drugs affect your condition.
