I'm a 14 year old male, been working for about and year and a half. I also started playing rugby earlier this spring.
Any suggestions? (Both for my physique and my face).
I'm also 165 cm, which if im correct is like 5'5". Can anyone please tell me a way to increase my height while I can? Thanks!!

I know that, you're quite right. I want to live my childhood. I was actually way deeper in this looksmaxxing shit this January.
I was so obsessed with it but I actually stopped caring once i started playing Rugby.
The community there at my club is so great you socialize immediately and we all are like-minded people.
The reason i joined this forum is to have a starting point and get some feedback on what to improve, then come back some years later (maybe at 17, if i'm gonna remember).
