I’m in the process of getting bimax+genio. I’ve had braces for a year for it. Can improve the chin to philtrum with it. I don’t have eyebags I have ethnic pigmentation which makes it look darker. Yeah downward grown.

There is a procedure called alarplasty to reduce alar base I was looking into. Seems much less risk than augmenting tip. If I botch tip It would be brutal

I’m in the process of decompensation orthodontics which gives an artificial overbite, basically makes it worse to get the best possible advancement with surgery. Had to remove two premolars

Chin is visibly recessed from the front but I guess since my philtrum is so short yeah 2:1
