probably a hltn, thicken eyebrows, debloat, start tret to try and reverse those smile lines, new hair cut potentially, the rest would probably have to be left up to surgery

Thank you. Already planning rhino and potentially otoplasty aswell. Started tret and oral minox already. Trying the fin+min route for hairline, if not enough after 1.5years I’ll be getting an hair transplant.

What else do you think I should do?
