I live here and it seems like half the people walking around are wearing basic blue jeans with some random no name shoes.

It's usually younger people that are well dressed and older people kinda wear whatever. I've noticed the group that dresses the best on average are Asians.

Anyways, it's very hard to create a guide on fashion because it differs so much from place to place.
