Please suggest ways to improve my appearance.

Мне 13 лет, мой рост 183 см, а вес 86 кг. Я обращаюсь к вам в первую очередь потому, что меня травят из-за моей внешности. Из-за этого я несколько раз задумывалась о самоубийстве, но, слава богу, не сделала этого. Я хочу измениться и готова приложить все усилия, чтобы стать привлекательнее. Я хочу, чтобы люди смотрели на меня с интересом, а не с отвращением, потому что сейчас мне кажется, что люди избегают меня из-за моего лица.

I don't speak Russian, but I'd say losing weight, looking into retinoids or hydrocortisone to shrink your nose, dying your eyebrows, and growing out your hair to cover the ears would help you out a lot.
