Dude you look good imo, you have top tier coloring and very decent bones

There are only 4 things holding you back(and most of it can be easily solved)

1 - eyebrows: you have to dye it darker, I suggest you to buy grecin(you can find everywhere in Brazil, its a beard dye and works very well for eyebrows)

2 - frame: you have narrow shoulders but you can improve it by working out, 6 months of natty lifting would do it depending on your genetics

3 - neck: you have a wide jaw but a thin neck, if you train your neck to be the same width of your jaw you'll look much better and masculine

4 - negative canthal tilt: just get a cantoplasty, there's surgeons in SP who perform it, its non-invasive and not that expensive
